Adobe Chosen to Re-brand Trailers Acquired by UPS
Adobe Equipment Houston Trailer Division was recently chosen as one of
the first four vendors in the US to perform re-branding of the UPS
Freight trailers purchased with the acquisition of Overnite
Transportation.
In the Texas market the number of Overnite trailers to be rebranded as
UPS Freight trailers may reach as high as 3,000 and take several years
to complete. Adobe initiated work at their Houston facility on June 7th.
The work is to be performed on a variety of trailer lengths, from 28'
pups to 53' dry vans. The work includes: sandblasting suspensions and
subframes; power-washing the trailers and acidizing the aluminum rails
and raw aluminum panels; priming the subframe, suspension and landing
gear; painting the entire trailer with three different Sherwin-Williams
Genesis paints; and, applying UPS Freight decals and unit numbers to the
trailers.
We are proud to be recognized by UPS as a highly qualified service facility.
